Excelsior Springs Gold Project

Recent drilling returned 5.35 g/t Au over 33.5 m in the Western Slope Zone Multiple untested targets identified in 2024 fieldwork, including newly mapped gold-bearing structures Highlights Firetail Resources acquired the project from Athena Gold Corp., with ongoing exploration programs planned Located in Nevada’s prolific Walker Lane Gold Trend, Esmeralda County Historic Buster Mine produced 19,200 oz Au at an average grade of 37.3 g/t Au Comprises 140 unpatented and 2 patented mining claims covering 2,884 acres Evidence of both high-grade vein and bulk-tonnage gold systems over 3 km strike length Company holds 55 million shares, 5 million warrants, and a 1% NSR royalty from the project NEVADA USA 38.28237, -118.43661

Project Overview

The Excelsior Springs Gold Project is a strategically located exploration asset in Nevada’s prolific Walker Lane Gold Trend, renowned for hosting multiple significant gold deposits. Situated approximately 45 miles southwest of Goldfield in Esmeralda County, the project encompasses 140 unpatented and two patented mining claims, covering a total area of 2,884 acres. The property includes the historic Buster Mine, which reportedly produced 19,200 oz of gold at an average grade of 37.3 g/t Au from 18,000 tons of ore.

Ownership and Investment

Our company holds a 55 million share equity stake, 5 million warrants, and a 1% Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty in the Excelsior Springs Project. These interests were acquired through the sale of the project to Athena Gold Corp. and subsequent financing arrangements. In June 2025, Firetail Resources Ltd. secured an exclusive option to acquire an 80% interest in the project, with Athena retaining a 20% interest and a 1% NSR royalty on certain claims.

Geological and Exploration Highlights

The Excelsior Springs Project is characterized by an east-west trending mineralized zone measuring 200–400 meters in width and extending at least 3 kilometers in length. Recent exploration efforts have identified multiple styles of mineralization, ranging from narrow vein, high-grade targets to low-grade, bulk-tonnage targets. Notably, drilling at the eastern extension of the Buster Trend returned 5.35 g/t Au over 33.5 meters in the Western Slope Zone, approximately 400 meters east of the historic Buster Mine workings.

Strategic Importance

The Excelsior Springs Project offers significant exploration potential within a historically productive mining district. With a robust geological framework, historical high-grade production, and modern exploration advancements, the project is well-positioned for future development. Our company’s substantial equity stake, warrants, and royalty interests underscore our commitment to the project’s success and potential value realization
